Refund policy

Physical Items

 

 

  • All returned items must be unused and in their original condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

  •  

    Items that arrive damaged or with a manufacturer’s defect may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange at no cost. If an item arrives damaged, photos of both the item and its packaging must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery so we can file an insurance claim with the carrier.

  • For all other returns or exchanges, items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original condition. Returns for store credit or exchanges are free of charge; however, additional shipping costs may apply in the case of exchanges. Refunds are subject to a 3% restocking fee, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shechita Training

  • Udemy Hilchos Shechita Course purchase: Refundable within 7 days of course delivery
  • Flash drive Hilchos Shechita Course purchase: non-refundable after shipping
  • In-person or online training/presentation fees: non-refundable

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be canceled before shipping by email request
  • A 3% cancellation fee applies to cover processing costs
